Skill: AI Reporting Developer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
We are seeking an AI Reporting Developer to build scalable reporting, analytics, and insight solutions for enterprise AI and Microsoft 365 initiatives. This role will focus on operational dashboards, usage insights, KPI reporting, adoption measurement, and data-driven visibility into AI solutions, connectors, agents, and business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop reporting solutions for AI product usage, adoption, delivery, and operational metrics. Build dashboards, semantic models, and analytics assets using Power BI, Fabric, and related data services. Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to define KPIs and insight requirements. Create reusable reporting patterns for platform health, adoption, governance, and business value tracking. Support data mapping, transformation, model design, and data quality validation. Enable reporting for both technical operations and executive/management audiences. Document data definitions, reporting logic, and governance controls. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting design. Experience with Fabric or modern enterprise analytics/data platform concepts. Ability to translate business and platform requirements into useful, consumable insights. Strong understanding of data quality, metric definition, and reporting governance. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience reporting on digital workplace, AI/Copilot, or platform adoption metrics. Familiarity with enterprise operational data, usage telemetry, and KPI frameworks. Background in regulated enterprise reporting and management-ready storytelling.
Salary Range - $50,000-$70,000 a year
