Job overview and responsibilities
As a Maintenance Programs Engineer, this role provides engineering and problem-solving support to deliver routine maintenance programs that promote safety, compliance and efficiency. In partnership with fleet engineering teams, the Engineer identifies and creates plans to mitigate technical failures. A focus on reliability, aircraft availability and cost control drives measurable value to the airline''s operation. The Engineer must be able to understand, analyze and seek solutions to the design, operation, maintenance, performance or repair of aircraft and their components. They will also evaluate the benefits of the cost impact of a fleet decision to ensure a balance of cost and asset utilization.

The base pay range for this role is $83,695.00 to $109,004.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
