Role and Responsibilities

As part of the Engineering & Construction division, you will:

• Manage all technical aspects of projects from due diligence through completion.
• Support internal stakeholders and manage external engineering resources.
• Coordinate internal engineering resources and subject matter expert support.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
• Engage in decision-making, technical analysis, and project coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil, or related discipline).
• 11 - 15 years of experience leading engineering teams and overseeing major energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferences

• Professional Engineering (PE) certification.
• Experience in data center or power delivery projects.
• Experience managing both internal and external engineering resources.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
