Recognized as one of the Best Places to Work and Top 10 Hottest Engineering Firms in the US by Zweig Reports and featured in Inc. 5000’s Top 250 for our staggering 1,748% growth, we’re proud of what we’ve built and where we’re headed.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE

  • A supportive, dynamic, and innovative team culture.

  • A chance to directly shape the voice and vision of one of the industry’s fastest-growing firms.

About the Role

As a Structural Engineer II, you’ll join our growing structural engineering team and develop structural designs with regular guidance, applying engineering principles and codes across a diverse range of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV).

What You'll Do:

  • Perform structural analysis and design for foundations (driven piles, screw and helical piles, and cast-in-place concrete), overhead steel structures, building envelopes, and non-building structures, with periodic review.

  • Apply codes and standards — ASCE 7, IBC, NESC, ASCE 113, IEEE 693, and NFPA — to design tasks.

  • Adhere to applicable Client, EPC, Owner, and Utility standards on all assigned work.

  • Coordinate with designers and the civil design team to develop drawings, details, and foundation bills of material (BOMs) across project areas.

  • Use engineering software (Excel, RISA, and LPILE; VBA and Python a plus) to produce and document calculations.

  • Expand technical breadth, support less-experienced staff, and progress toward EIT/FE and PE licensure.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree in structural, civil, or related engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

  • 1+ years of structural engineering experience. EIT/FE preferred.

  • Working knowledge of structural analysis and design and the applicable codes and standards.

  • Proficiency with structural analysis software (RISA) and Excel; LPILE and VBA/Python a plus.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision on routine tasks and communicate effectively across disciplines.
