Manage programs, policies, and budgets while collaborating with City departments, agencies, and the community to protect waterways and neighborhoods.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage watershed, floodplain, and Green Infrastructure projects. Oversee capital projects: budgeting, permitting, design, construction, and post-construction monitoring. Develop policies, strategic plans, KPIs, and service standards. Represent the City in meetings and with stakeholders.
