Engineer II - ST:
- Develop solutions using established practices and coding standards.
- Participates in internal development team discussions about technology solutions and strategy, and understand business customer and context, including high level business objectives, processes, strategy, and opportunities.
- Incorporates new technologies, concepts (such as distributed computing and parallel processing), and development languages, and understand implications from design and implementation choices, including scalability, durability, flexibility, security, user accessibility, realized software quality and effectiveness in learning.
- Assists in designing, developing, and deploying network services, OS configuration, container orchestration, environment setup and refresh, backup, service discovery, monitoring, DDOS services, configuration management, alerting, and network.
- Assists in designing, developing, and deploying SEIMs, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, WAFs, Antivirus, Encryption/HSMs, DDOS services, configuration management, vulnerability scanning, PKI, and penetration testing.
- Participates in the development, planning, and implementation of database administration, query optimization, basic database performance tuning, environment setup and refresh, backup
- configuration and implementation.
- Contributes to design patterns and coding standards, library and shared code identification, creation, socialization, adoption and maintenance, developer tool solutions, process definition,
- administration, and support.
- Participates in the design and implementation of security controls built and engineer to meet compliance controls. Ensures documentation is created. Partners with Security Architecture
- team to ensure platform goals and security solutions are designed to meet business strategy and needs.
- Contributes work estimates in agile and iterative methodologies, as well as waterfall.
- Contributes to automated unit and integration testing efforts where applicable and helps with system and integration testing efforts where appropriate.
- Engaged in deployment approach, planning and execution, data conversion approach, scripts and execution, warranty period, and transition of solution to platform's operational context.
- Builds strong vendor relationships to influence vendor product roadmaps.
Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $135,265 - $156,900 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in a software developer or related role.
Must have 3 years of experience in implementing CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
Must have 3 years of experience in developing and designing using C# or Java.
Must have 3 years of experience in managing code, libraries, and solutions using Visual Studio.
Must have 3 years of experience in managing data using NoSQL and SQL databases.
Must have 3 years of experience in UI development using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, ReactJS, and JSON.
Must have 2 years of experience in development and configuration of Adobe Target.
Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week.
