PurposeResponsible for leading the implementation of Pipeline Safety Management Systems across gas operations at the direction of Sr. Manager. Reporting to the Sr. Manager (PSMS), this position will oversee PSMS initiatives within gas operations, ensuring that developing programs conform with API RP 1173 and are implemented consistently across gas operations. Effective engagement with gas utility leadership and coordination of Gas Technical Governance Team is critical to the success in this role. The position will assume a liaison role with industry associations (AGA, NGA) and other gas utilities in the context of PSMS to ensure Liberty is developing and adopting an industry standard program.
