This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Development to ensure products meet performance, safety, quality, and customer requirements.Depending on level, the Development Engineer may support development activities under guidance, lead technical projects independently, or provide strategic technical leadership for complex ESS product initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, development, validation, and launch of ESS (Energy Storage System) Pack and Link productsDevelop and maintain engineering specifications, test plans, technical documentation, and design standardsLead or support new product introduction (NPI) activities from concept through production launchCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams to ensure successful product development and implementationConduct engineering analysis, performance evaluations, and root cause investigations to identify and resolve technical issuesSupport prototype builds, product testing, and validation activities to ensure compliance with performance, quality, and safety requirementsAnalyze test data and provide recommendations for product improvements, design modifications, and corrective actionsSupport component selection, qualification, and validation activities for ESS Pack and Link systemsParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering change management processesEvaluate product performance, reliability, and manufacturability to
