This role independently manages electrical, mechanical, HVAC, life safety, and backup power systems to maintain uninterrupted service and compliance with safety standards. The Engineer leads maintenance activities, incident response, root cause analysis, and infrastructure improvement projects in partnership with technicians, vendors, and facility operations teams. Success is measured through operational uptime, system integrity, compliance with maintenance procedures, and effective cross‑functional execution.
