Pay: $25-30 Per Hour DOE
Location: Loveland, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
⦁ Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and process improvements
⦁ Modify and update machine programs for efficiency and output
⦁ Install and change machine fixtures for production needs
⦁ Troubleshoot equipment issues alongside engineering team
⦁ Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/efficiency focus)
⦁ Maintain accurate setup and process documentation
What We're Looking For:
⦁ Associate degree in Industrial Engineering OR machine operation experience
⦁ Knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing equipment
⦁ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
⦁ Motivated to grow into an engineering career
