    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure high-level EHS performance and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Provide technical support for EHS programs including warehouse safety, industrial hygiene, and emergency preparedness.
    • Partner with local management to develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
    • Conduct ergonomic and machine safety risk assessments and develop job safety analyses.
    • Support incident investigations and develop training to meet EHS standards.
    • Conduct site inspections and manage change reviews for equipment and processes.
    • Assist in industrial hygiene sampling and support projects reducing risk for Serious Injury Fatality (SIF) events.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Science, or related field.
    • At least 3 years of related work experience in EHS.
    • Experience in Chemical Management, Change Control, Risk Assessments, and Emergency Response.
    • Ability to oversee and manage EHS projects and interpret complex regulatory issues.
    • Proficiency in MS SharePoint and MS Office software programs.

    Preferences:

    • Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or office settings within highly regulated environments.
    • Technical knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Project management skills and experience in diverse EHS areas.
    • Certifications in CIH, CHMM, CSP, and/or ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor are a plus.
