Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience delivering complex software modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing multi-team engagements with budgets exceeding $3M.
- Public sector or state government project delivery experience.
- Strong experience with:
- Program delivery, scope, schedule, and budget management
- SOWs, LOEs, change orders, and contract management
- Risk management and executive stakeholder communications
- Cross-functional dependency management
- Technical understanding of application modernization, .NET migrations, cloud platforms, and database conversion projects.
- Experience serving as the primary customer-facing program lead.
Preferred:
- AWS ProServe, AWS partner, or large-scale AWS transformation program experience.
- PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.
