We’re expanding our team and looking for outgoing, people-focused individuals to join our customer experience division. This role involves face-to-face interaction in retail and event-based environments, helping customers learn about services and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Initiate conversations with customers in retail locations and at local events
- Provide clear, professional answers to product and service-related questions
- Assist new customers with enrollment and service selection
- Track outreach efforts, interactions, and sign-ups accurately
- Maintain a consistent, positive, and professional brand image
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident communicator
- Comfortable in a face-to-face, public-facing environment
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to grow
- Background in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus (not required)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
