Aloha Care, Inc., d/b/a Home Instead®, is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to lead caregiver engagement, drive retention, and strengthen overall team performance. This role blends leadership, relationship management, and operational execution—playing a critical role in building a strong, consistent caregiver culture.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct annual reviews, supervision, and performance conversations
- Develop and execute strategies to improve caregiver retention and engagement
- Partner with Scheduling to create strong caregiver/client matches
- Monitor and document caregiver and client activity in system
- Assist with planning and leading caregiver meetings and engagement initiatives
- Prepare and distribute monthly caregiver communication
- Maintain and update training materials and processes
- Maintain strong communication with caregivers, clients, and office team
- Proactively address caregiver concerns and resolve issues quickly
- Support a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture
- Ensure compliance with company standards and employment regulations
- Be present, engaged, and responsive in daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in staffing, HR, training, or operations preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
