Endoscopy Technician West Bay Surgery Center is a busy, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Largo, FL. We are a Monday through Friday facility with no nights or holidays. We are looking for an experienced endoscopy tech to join our team. Education/Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Current BLS certification 1 year as an endoscopy tech preferred Experience in endoscope reprocessing preferred Skills and Abilities Prepare the endo suite for each patient per physician specifications Assist with patient positioning Work with the endo team to provide a clean and safe environment during procedures Work closely with the physician during each procedure to ensure needs are met Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while being detail oriented Work closely with the Materials Manager to ensure supplies remain stocked Physical Demands Standing and Walking 80-100% Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to push/pull stretcher |
