Description

The Endo Tech (3) is the most experienced endoscopy technician. It is expected that the Endo Tech (3) will meet the performance standards within the three month probationary period. A Skills Checklist must be completed prior to the three month evaluation. The Endo Tech (3) performs the preventative maintenance, cleaning high-level disinfection of endoscopes and accessory equipment. Sets up procedure rooms and assists with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and technical equipment.

Estimated pay range for this position is $16.04 - $24.17 / hour depending on experience.

Degrees:

  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support.

Additional Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience working as a Nursing Care Technician, Medical/Surgical Assistance or Central Service Technician/Clinical Partner Strong interpersonal skills Working as a Tech 2 for more than 6 months.
  • CNA certification preferred
  • endoscopy procedure experience required
