Job Description – End User Solutions Engineer

End User Solutions engineer will interact with our NEE business partners and external vendors to enable the best solution for the enterprise needs for Virtual Desktop, Application Streaming, Printing, and Imaging Services.
In this position we help the user understand the solution that best fits their needs. For example, Help Desk user, Support teams and Customer Service Call center have different requirements than Developers, External Contractors and user that need access to a limited number of applications.
Solutions Engineer will lead projects to deploy new capabilities, reuse artifacts, and create reference architecture documents
