Job Description:
>> Design, develop, and implement Encompass customizations, including business rules, workflows, and system configurations.
>> Build and enhance Encompass SDK-based plugins to extend platform capabilities and improve user experience.
>> Develop and integrate RESTSOAP APIs using Encompass Developer Connect and other integration frameworks.
>> Configure and manage custom forms, input forms, field triggers, and data mappings within Encompass.
>> Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate mortgage domain requirements into technical solutions.
>> Integrate Encompass with external systems such as LOS, CRM, credit bureaus, document management, and reporting platforms.
>> Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with bankingregulatory standards.
>> Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, providing L3 support where required.
Requirements:
>> 8+ years of development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Encompass (Ellie Mae ICE Mortgage Technology)
>> Proven experience in: Encompass SDK Plugin development (C#, .NET), Developer Connect APIs & web services integration, Business rules, workflows, and configuration within Encompass
>> Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, Web APIs, SQL Server
>> Experience with event-based scripting, field triggers, and custom calculations
>> Knowledge of mortgage lifecycle (loan origination, underwriting, closing, servicing)
>> Familiarity with cloud integrations, middleware (MuleSoft, etc.), and microservices architecture
