Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in procurement, change management, communications, or learning and development.
2 years of experience managing cross-functional initiatives.

Google continues to evolve rapidly, requiring procurement systems and processes that support the company"s success and scale for growth. In this role, you will be part of the One Google Procurement (OGP) Enablement Team, whose mission is to support the Google Procurement Organization's (GPO) priority goals utilizing program and change management practices.

And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $160000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Drive the human side of major Procurement and Finance transformation initiatives. Take full accountability for the end-to-end change management life-cycle.
Keep a user-focused lens on every transformation project.
Identify areas to operationalize organizational change management activities across projects, and propose and implement improvements to enable efficiency and scale.
Drive continuous improvement of change management activities based on data-driven insights.
Design integrated communication and training frameworks, mitigate deployment risks, and leverage readiness data to ensure sustainable, long-term user adoption across global teams.
