This role combines medical office clerical responsibilities with a structured pathway to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT). Medical Office & Administrative Duties
Patient check‑in/check‑out, scheduling, and documentation
Managing medical records and ensuring accurate charting
Assisting with insurance verification and authorizations
Supporting daily clinic operations and patient flow
Clinical & Hyperbaric Support
Assist with patient preparation for hyperbaric oxygen therapy
Monitor patients during treatment under supervision
Maintain treatment logs, safety checklists, and equipment readiness
Participate in all required training to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist
Current EMT or Paramedic certification (required for CHT eligibility)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort working in both clinical and administrative settings
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain meticulous documentation
Interest in long‑term growth within hyperbaric medicine and wound care
