EMS Logistics Technician EMS Logistics Technician (Temporary/Part-time)

Wake County EMS is expanding our Logistics Team to support the continued growth of our community. In this role, you'll work with the Assistant Chief of Logistics and other Logistics Technicians to ensure front-line units remain ready for emergency calls. You'll verify and assemble medical supplies in prepacked bins and stock medical supplies in bags, ensuring that our operational teams have the tools necessary to provide world-class care.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure EMS response readiness through inspection, preparation and distribution of supplies and equipment
• Prepare and seal medical supply bins, bags and equipment and perform auditing for accuracy
• Apply use of technology to ensure accurate bin and station inventory with appropriate dates/lots of supplies within kits and units
• Stock, inspect and ensure cleanliness of response units for readiness
• Deliver supplies and equipment to locations around the county
• Respond to tickets for as needed items
