Design and develop electronic medical record keeping and documentation systems. Implement structures and algorithms to optimize the use, storage, and retrieval of medical information.
**This role offers a hybrid work option. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required. Employees in this position must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.**

Required:
- With Associates: Three years in Health Information Management or Health Information Technology; With Bachelor's: One year Health Information Management or Health Information Technology
- Associate Degree
- One of: RHIA or RHIT
