MAU is hiring an Employment Specialist in Florence, KY. As an Employment Specialist, you will support the full-cycle recruiting process for Bosch by coordinating hiring activities, onboarding new employees, maintaining recruiting systems and reporting, and delivering exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates. This is a short-term contract position with an immediate start and an anticipated end date in mid-October.

Essential Functions

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Bosch Human Resources and hiring managers.

  • Support the hiring process for exempt and non-exempt positions.

  • Coordinate employment offers, candidate acceptance, and follow-up activities.

  • Serve as the liaison between MAU recruiters and Bosch representatives throughout the recruiting process.

  • Post positions in TalentHub and external job boards as needed.

  • Review employment applications and coordinate interview scheduling.

  • Prepare and distribute interview and offer packets.

  • Coordinate follow-up meetings with internal candidates when appropriate.

  • Manage candidate disposition activities and rejection communications within the applicant tracking system.

  • Send post-hire and post-fill surveys to hiring managers and candidates.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for external new hires, including:

  • Drug screening

  • Criminal background checks

  • I-9 processing through Equifax

  • Relocation coordination when applicable

  • Pre-employment physical scheduling

  • Medical department notifications

  • First-day reporting instructions

  • New hire paperwork and orientation

  • Background screening follow-up

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records.

  • Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, metrics, billing reports, and tracking spreadsheets.

  • Ensure compliance with federal I-9 regulations.

  • Coordinate pre-employment skills assessments for designated positions.

  • Provide weekly recruiting status updates to hiring managers.

  • Participate in Bosch HR meetings and communicate recruiting process updates.

  • Support onsite MAU Managed Services and Talent Services teams with recruiting, screening, and employee inquiries.

  • Participate in hiring events.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Professional office environment utilizing computers, phones, copiers, filing systems, and other standard office equipment.
  • Occasional work at customer locations in both office and manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to industrial manufacturing equipment and powered industrial vehicles during customer site visits.
