A bit about us:

We are a focused legal practice dedicated exclusively to workplace-related matters, advising both organizations and individuals throughout the full lifecycle of the employment relationship. Our work includes day-to-day counseling, agreement drafting, compliance guidance, and the resolution of disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
Because we regularly work with parties on different sides of workplace issues, we bring a practical and well-rounded perspective to every matter. We take the time to understand each client’s priorities and provide clear, actionable guidance aligned with their goals. Our team is intentionally lean, allowing us to remain closely involved in our work and highly responsive to client needs.

Why join us?

We offer an environment where attorneys receive meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to clients, matters, and strategy from the outset. Our size creates a setting where contributions are visible, collaboration is consistent, and individual growth is prioritized.

Our practice spans a wide range of workplace issues—from preventative counseling and internal matters to complex disputes—giving attorneys the opportunity to develop both advisory and litigation skills. You will work alongside experienced practitioners who stay actively engaged in each matter and emphasize thoughtful, strategic advocacy.

We are selective in the matters we take on, which allows us to maintain focus and deliver high-quality work. This approach supports a steady, purposeful workflow and a culture centered on accountability, sound judgment, and continued professional development.
