Job Details

We are seeking an employment litigation associate to join our practice and support a steady flow of complex workplace disputes. This role is well suited for an attorney who wants meaningful litigation experience, early responsibility, and direct involvement in strategy and client interaction. The work spans all phases of employment litigation, from pre‑suit analysis through discovery, motion practice, and hearings. We value practical judgment, strong writing skills, and lawyers who are comfortable taking ownership of their matters while working closely with experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Handle employment litigation matters involving workplace disputes and related claims
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and supporting briefs
  • Manage discovery, including written discovery and document review
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on employment law issues
  • Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client counseling
  • Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel as appropriate

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
  • 2–5 years of experience in employment litigation or closely related litigation practice
  • Experience with motion practice and discovery in civil litigation matters
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
