Job Details

You'll handle substantive labor and employment matters for employer clients, advising on risk, defending claims, and managing matters from assessment through resolution across state and federal venues.

  • Advise employers on workplace decisions, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Defend clients in employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation
  • Counsel on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations
  • Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and employment-related documents
  • Handle or support wage and hour matters, including class action work where applicable
  • Partner with clients to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives

Looking for:

  • Florida Bar Admission
  • 2-15 years of labor and employment experience

Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:

  • Employment Litigation
  • Employer-Side Counseling
  • Labor Law / Traditional Labor
  • Wage & Hour / PAGA
  • Class Action Defense
  • Workplace Compliance & Risk
