Employment, Class Action, and Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in plaintiff-side Employment Law, Consumer Class Actions, Personal Injury, and PAGA litigation.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEvaluate case facts, statutes, and case law to develop litigation strategies and legal arguments.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and manage written discovery.Take and defend depositions; prepare oral arguments and trial materials.Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials while advocating for clients.Independently manage a caseload under senior attorney supervision and maintain professional client/opposing counsel communication.QualificationsJ.D. with 3-5 years of litigation experience as an Associate Attorney.Experience in Employment Law, Consumer Class Actions, Personal Injury and/or PAGA matters preferred.Strong legal research, legal writing, and case analysis skills.Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.Passion for advocating employee and consumer rights with excellent communication and time management skills.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Paid Time Off (PTO).Full-time, in-office position in Long Beach, CA (commute/relocation required).#J-18808-Ljbffr
