Wisconsin Lutheran Colleges Office of Career and Professional Development is seeking an Employer Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting employer partnerships that enhance internship, experiential learning, and post-graduation employment opportunities for WLC students. This role focuses on employer outreach, partnership development, and engagement initiatives while working collaboratively with employers, faculty, students, and alumni to support career readiness and workforce connections.
Qualifications include a bachelors degree, at least two years of relevant professional experience, and strong customer service skills; previous experience in an educational setting is preferred. This part-time role requires a combination of office-based work and local travel for employer visits, meetings, and events. Candidates must be able to perform responsibilities in a manner consistent with the mission and values of the College and the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS); active membership in the WELS is required.
