Weber State University Career Services is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Employer Engagement Manager to advance employer partnerships and elevate student career readiness at scale.
This position will be partially funded by the Job Location & Development (JLD) grant and plays a key role in shaping employer outreach strategies, leading the JLD program in coordination with Career Services leadership, mentoring staff, and collaborating with career stakeholders across campus. The Employer Engagement Manager will strengthen employer partnerships, enhance student career readiness, and ensure alignment of employer engagement with broader institutional and grant objectives.
The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and serves as a liaison between the university, employers, and workforce partners to create meaningful career pathways for students.
