Job Title: Employer Brand Specialist
Location-Type: REMOTE (must be located near Milwaukee)
Start Date Is: 2 weeks from offer
Duration: 6 months Contract
Compensation Range: $40-$50/hr W2
Job Description:
Drive employer brand visibility and candidate engagement by creating compelling digital content and managing recruitment marketing campaigns.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Develop, edit, and curate digital content for careers website, social media, and email marketing
Support and manage an annual content calendar aligned with communication objectives
Track and report on content performance using engagement metrics and analytics
Lead/support employer brand projects including visual branding and recruiter enablement materials
Create branded recruitment marketing assets (toolkits, templates, etc.)
Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction roles
Strong content creation skills writing, editing, visual storytelling
Proficiency in analyzing digital engagement metrics from platforms like LinkedIn, email tools, Google Analytics
Skilled in developing and curating digital content
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe InDesign
Nice-to-Haves:
Project management experience with external vendors
Experience supporting candidate experience enhancements
