About the Role
The Employee Relations Specialist is a Human Resources professional focused on maintaining positive relationships between employees and their employer. They handle a wide range of tasks, including investigating and resolving employee complaints, providing guidance on company policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. They also play a key role in promoting a positive work environment and improving employee morale and engagement.

Compensation range:
Our base compensation for this position is $40,000 - $45,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
