Summary:

The Employee Relations Partner serves as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to employees and leaders, managing complex and high-risk employee relations matters. This role provides expert guidance on sensitive employment issues, serves as the primary point of contact for workplace concerns, and helps foster a positive, compliant work environment. The Employee Relations Partner also supports a strong organizational culture by promoting fairness, accountability, and respect.

Responsibilities:

Interprets policies using a balanced, risk-based approach and provides clear, practical recommendations that help employees and leaders make informed, fair, and consistent decisions. Ensures consistent application of company policies and maintains deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.Supports the design and delivery of training for leaders and employees on topics such as workplace conduct and conflict resolution.Conducts proactive rounding with leaders, teams, and employees to identify workplace concerns, strengthen relationships, and enhance employee experience. Builds trust and visibility within assigned business areas to promote open communication and early issue identification. Provides actionable employee relations insights to leadership based on employee feedback and observed trends.Works closely with HR Business Partners and on-site HR teams to address escalated employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure policies are applied consistently.Manages a portfolio of critical and complex employee relations matters, ensuring timely, objective, and consistent resolution.Provides expert consultation and guidance to leaders, managers, and employees on workplace concerns, performance issues, conduct matters, and policy interpretation.Assess risk and recommend solutions aligned with organizational values, legal considerations, and business objectives.Leads and conducts thorough, objective workplace investigations to ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Ensures the investigative process is handled with confidentiality, fairness, and professionalism.Maintains thorough documentation and case records in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
