About the Role The Employee Relations Manager leads impartial investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations, helping uphold the City's commitment to fairness and equal employment practices. This position also plays a key role in reviewing performance concerns, supporting the disciplinary process, and making policy-aligned recommendations that promote consistency across departments.
You'll work closely with HR leadership to determine appropriate handling of complaints, conduct interviews, evaluate evidence, prepare investigation reports, and advise on next steps. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion.

This position offers salaried pay range of $68,952.00 to $103,438.40, with an anticipated starting rate of $68,952.00 to $90,001.60 DOE/Q.
