The Employee Relations Consultant is an individual contributor role and works under the general direction of the Employee Relations Manager.
The Employee Relations Consultant is responsible for managing and advising on multifaceted complex (Tier 2) employment matters. The Employee Relations Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to field managers, employees, and internal team members to provide guidance on a wide range of employee relations issues. The role is fast paced with a heavy focus on workplace investigations, case management and reporting. This role also leads several proactive employee relations initiatives in partnership with various HR functions that contribute to overall strategy of the department and the organization.
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $94,000 yearly. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
