Duties Description The Employee Program Assistant is responsible for the design and delivery of training programs and services offered by the Partnership. This includes, presenting courses for State employees, presenting at conferences and developing and presenting to labor-management committees throughout New York State. This could include the development of courses, training and customized facilitation and consultation with local, regional and Statewide Labor-Management Committees. Extensive travel throughout the State is required, including some weekends.

Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience.*
