Position Summary & Description
The Office of Human Resources at Indiana University of Pennsylvania seeks an Employee & Labor Relations Manager to support employee and labor relations initiatives across the University. This position provides guidance to supervisors on collective bargaining agreements, employee performance, workplace investigations, discipline, grievances, and position classification. The successful candidate will partner with university leadership, union representatives, and Human Resources colleagues to promote positive employee relations, ensure compliance with employment laws and labor agreements, and support a collaborative workplace culture.
