Corpay is currently looking to hire an Employee Experience Manager - Policy and Compliance within our Corporate Overhead division. This position falls under our Human Resources line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will support leaders and employees across the organization by providing guidance on employee relations, policy application, and workplace practices, while ensuring employee matters are handled thoughtfully, consistently, and in alignment with company values and legal requirements. You will report directly to the VP HR Employee Experience - North America and regularly collaborate with HR, Legal, and business leaders across the organization.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
• Managing a range of employee relations matters, including complex and sensitive cases
• Conducting thorough and objective workplace investigations
• Providing clear, thoughtful guidance and recommendations to leaders
• Partnering with HR Employee Experience Partners to ensure alignment and consistency in approach
• Supporting resolution of employee concerns in a timely and respectful manner
• Interpreting and applying company policies in alignment with employment laws and business practices
• Supporting ongoing review and refinement of policies to ensure clarity and compliance
• Partnering across HR to ensure policies are applied consistently and effectively
• Staying informed on regulatory changes and supporting updates as needed
• Maintaining clear, accurate, and consistent documentation for all employee relations matters
• Ensuring case documentation is thorough and supports sound decision-making
• Utilizing case management systems to tracking and managing employee concerns
• Supporting preparation for audits, claims, or internal reviews as needed
• Partnering closely with HR Employee Experience Partners, Legal, and business leaders on employee matters
• Providing guidance that balancing employee experience, business needs, and risk considerations
• Contributing to a consistent approach across teams and regions
• Building strong, trusted relationships across HR and the business
• Coaching leaders on navigating employee concerns, performance matters, and workplace challenges
• Providing practical, clear guidance on handling sensitive situations
• Supporting a culture of accountability, respect, and consistency
Qualifications & Skills
• 5–8+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or a related field
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws across multiple states
• Experience managing employee relations cases and conducting investigations
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to exercising sound judgment and handling sensitive situations with discretion
• Knowledge of employment laws in Canada and/or Mexico (preferred)
• Experience working with legal or compliance teams (preferred)
• Background in employment law, paralegal studies, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in multi-state or complex organizational environments (preferred)
• Experience with HR case management systems (preferred)
