A very well-respected Alabama agency is looking for a seasoned Employee Benefits Producer. They write lots of small to medium-sized groups and do a great job servicing them. They are looking for a benefits producer with 3+ years of experience who can cold call. They will also provide some leads from the P&C side, as well as leads that come into the office. If you have a strong, proven track record, they may also have a book to give you, and it can be as much as $1 million if you are walking away from a book now. The leader of this agency has a fantastic reputation in the business, and everyone who works for him thinks the world of him. He is a very employee-friendly boss. There is a 50-35 split and a 2–3 year validation schedule, depending on the person they hire.
