We’re growing and looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to step into an existing book of business, build client relationships, and help drive continued growth.

What You’ll Do- Manage and retain an existing portfolio of benefits clients
- Lead renewals and ongoing client strategy
- Design customized benefit solutions (medical, dental, vision, life, disability)
- Guide clients through compliance, plan design, and cost management
- Grow your own book through referrals and networking
- Partner with internal teams to support client success
What We’re Looking For- Active Ohio Life & Health license (required)
- Proven experience in group health / employee benefits consulting
- Strong relationship-building and client advisory skills
- Ability to navigate a complex and evolving benefits landscape

WORK ARRANGEMENT
Hybrid role based in the Columbus, OH area: 2–3 days per week in-office for collaboration and sales meetings
COMPENSATION
Base salary: $70,000 – 85,000 (depending on experience)
Plus commission and additional performance-based incentives
