We're searching for detailed-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support and ensure efficient operations in the Emplyee Benefits area. This roleis responsible fora variety of tasks including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, record keeping, and internal coordination. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoManages calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinates logistics for appointments and events.Drafts, formats, and proofreads routine correspondence, reports, and presentations.Maintains and organizes physical and digital filing systems.Responds to internal and external inquiries by phone, email, or in-person.Supports procurement of office supplies and manage inventory levels.Prepares expense reports, track budgets, and assists with basic financial tasks as needed.Provides general support to team members, including meeting preparation and document management.Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to organizational policies.Attends and participates in internal meetings and completes required training.Performs additional duties as assigned or required.The above statements cover what are generally believed to be the essential functions of the job in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
