Manage and retain small employee benefits accounts, serving as the primary client contact and providing personalized support and technical expertise on compliance topics such as ERISA, COBRA, and health reform.
Service a high volume of accounts independently, utilizing carrier websites and online tools. Manage renewals, facilitate marketing and placement of new benefit products, and communicate effectively with clients and insurers.
Develop employee communications, support client inquiries, and introduce clients to resource centers and value-added services. Maintain accuracy in management systems and ensure deliverable standards.
Require 3-5 years' industry experience, insurance licenses, strong communication skills, and proficiency with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary range: $65,000–$80,000, with bonus eligibility.
