We are seeking a motivated Employee Benefits Account Manager reporting to our Louisville, KY office.

Responsibilities include serving as a benefits expert, developing plan designs, managing RFPs, negotiations, renewals, and client presentations. You will coordinate benefit communication materials, evaluate funding strategies, address regulatory changes, and provide benchmarking reports. Proactively identifying issues and developing solutions, you will ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to wellness strategies.

Qualifications include at least 3 years of benefits management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze insurance policies. Life and Health licenses are preferred or required within 6 months.
