Analyzes financial and performance data to drive store growth, supports pharmacy functions, and collaborates with external partners.
Manages team performance through training, feedback, and talent development, fostering a culture of accountability.
Completes training, maintains personal development plans, and ensures team members are knowledgeable about systems and safety.
Communicates regularly with staff, supports store strategy, and assists in promotional opportunities.
Qualifications include a relevant degree or supervisory experience, leadership skills, and flexibility in schedule and location. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $71,550.
