The Emerging Store Manager role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or completion of a Walgreens Community Internship Program, or a high school diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
Candidates should demonstrate leadership skills, strong business ethics, self-motivation, and effective communication.
Completion of the Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks is required.
Fluency in English (except Puerto Rico), flexibility for extended hours, and openness to promotion and relocation are essential.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, management experience across front-end and pharmacy, or retail/food industry experience.
