The Emerging Store Manager supervises customer service associates and manages store operations, including front-end, pharmacy, merchandising, and asset protection, to meet business goals.
Supports the Store Manager in achieving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, often acting in their absence.
Leads team recruitment, training, performance management, and fosters a positive work environment.
Ensures excellent customer experience by resolving complaints and coaching staff on service best practices.
Oversees daily store activities, inventory, cash handling, safety, and compliance with policies and regulations.
Analyzes performance data, drives store growth initiatives, and supports pharmacy operations as needed.
Develops team members, manages staffing, and maintains effective communication.
Completes leadership training, maintains relevant certifications, and demonstrates flexibility with scheduling and potential relocation.
Qualifications include a relevant degree or supervisory experience, leadership skills, and willingness to complete required training. Salary range is $45,000 - $71,550.
