Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters, managing store front-end operations and supporting overall store and pharmacy performance.
Works with the Store Manager on daily operations, makes recommendations, and assumes store responsibilities in their absence.
Leads team recruitment, performance management, and development, fostering an engaging environment.
Ensures excellent customer experience through engagement, complaint resolution, and service improvement initiatives.
Oversees store operations including scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, safety, and compliance with policies.
Analyzes financial and performance data to drive business growth, supports pharmacy operations, and identifies sales opportunities.
Manages team performance via coaching, training, and talent development, ensuring proper staffing and fostering a culture of accountability.
Completes training programs, maintains certifications, and promotes personal growth.
Maintains open communication with team members and assists in strategy planning.
This full-time role requires flexible hours, leadership skills, and a willingness to advance to a Store Manager position. Salary range: $45,000 - $71,550.
