Are you ready to put your skills to work where they matter most? We're looking for a dedicated Emergency Vehicle Technician to take on complex, hands-on work maintaining and repairing a wide range of emergency vehicles and specialized equipment during our 2nd shift. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our first responders have safe, reliable tools to protect our community. Do you have vocational, technical, or trade school training in automotive technology?

Do you have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the repair and maintenance of fire trucks and/or ambulances or three (3) years of experience working on medium and heavy-duty vehicles? PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR APPLICATION SHOWS WHERE/WHEN YOU OBTAINED THIS EXPERIENCE.

Do you possess a current Motor Vehicle Inspector certificate, licensed by the State of Virginia, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment?

I understand if I am selected for this position that I must obtain and maintain ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications in the truck content areas of "Electrical/Electronic Systems", "Diesel Engine" and ASE Medium/Heavy Brakes within one (1) year of employment.

Do you have a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Class A or the ability to obtain one within 180 days of employment?
