Responsibilities
Respond to emergency losses including fire, water, mold, trauma, vehicle impacts, and other property damage situations
Lead mitigation projects from initial response through completion
Manage multiple customers, projects, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Participate in an after-hours and on-call rotation schedule
Serve as the daily on-site contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service throughout the project
Run and supervise crews of 3 or more team members
Oversee and perform labor tasks including controlled demolition and debris removal
Ensure workmanship quality and compliance with Paul Davis standards and safety guidelines
Operate and oversee the use of drying and restoration equipment including dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA filtration equipment, and other remediation tools
Assess damage and restorability of customer contents and manage pack-outs, cleaning, inventory, and documentation within budget
Monitor drying progress and provide accurate documentation to customers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders
Drive company vehicles, trucks, trailers, and other equipment as needed
Maintain a professional presence while supporting customers during difficult situations
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Active IICRC WRT certification required; ASD certification preferred (AMRT and FSRT certifications are a plus)
3+ years of experience as a Mitigation Restoration Project Manager handling water, fire, and mold losses
Strong desire to help others during challenging and emotional situations
Ability to effectively manage multiple jobs, customers, crews, and timelines at once
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to participate in an after-hours/on-call rotation
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a motor vehicle report
Ability to pass a criminal background check
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Willingness to work in fire, smoke, mold, water damage, and other hazardous environments (PPE provided by Paul Davis)
Ability to pass a DOL physical
