Emergency Room Patient Access Representative


Responsibilities

Experience/Qualifications

  • Demonstrate ability to focus in emergency situations.

  • Facilitate patient check-in and registration processes.

  • Promptly verify insurance information and eligibility.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  • Handle calls, billing inquiries, and maintain organized patient records.

  • Handle patient inquiries courteously and provide accurate information.

  • Collaborate with team to enhance patient access processes.

Required Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or GED (clerical/administrative experience preferred)
