Required Skills:
- Valid nursing license (RN) with current state licensure
- Proven experience in emergency or acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-intensity environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with trauma nursing or air/ground ambulance support
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Prior experience working in a Level 4 Trauma or similar facility
- Familiarity with transfer protocols and emergency procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience, preferably in trauma centers
- Prior experience working 7 on / 7 off schedules preferred
Other Requirements:

- Must hold current applicable certifications and licenses
- Ability to work the 7a-7p day shift on a 36/48 days schedule
- Willingness to support transfer ambulance and air ambulance services as needed
